LyX is a wordprocessor frontend to LaTeX, which gives both the
ease-of-use of a wordprocessor, and the flexibility and power of LaTeX.

Platforms:      X11R5 or X11R6 needed.  LaTeX2e necessary to preview/print,
		xdvi or ghostview needed to preview, dvips or other driver
		needed to print.  Xforms library needed to compile.  Contact

and with an ELF linux binary (libXpm and Xforms statically linked since some
libXpm libraries are incompatibile with Xforms) at my Web-site
